Shipping Policy

Our tea is produced and packaged in small batches for optimal freshness and flavor. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 24-48 hours once your order is received. However, please note that in rare instances this may be extended so that we can fulfill your order using the freshest ingredients.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping options will be presented in the cart at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $45, excluding subscription boxes. Shipping rates are determined based on the size and weight of the order, and the expected delivery time for each shipping option will also be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Tracking information is provided for each order, as long as the customer has provided a valid email address.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States. If you are outside of the US and would like the option to purchase our products in your country, please contact us at support@westeep.com.

Shipping Delays

If we are made aware of a shipping delay by the shipper, we will notify customers as soon as possible.

Damages

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged shipping package before opening it for further inspection. If the products within appear to be damaged, please also take pictures of the damaged items. Please email these pictures, along with your name and order number to support@westeep.com. We will work with you and the carrier to make it right!
